We are moms with families too!  And there's nothing we hate more than getting telemarketing calls at dinner time or bedtime.

 

So put your privacy worries aside.  We respect your privacy and we promise... 

  • We will NOT use your name or address information for anything other than sending you the items you ordered.
  • We will NOT sell or give your name and address to anyone else.

 

Security

Security is very important to us.

 

We use Paypal's Website Payments Pro system to process your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover) in our e-store. 

 

Paypal uses the latest industry-leading safeguards like 128-bit Secure Sockets Layers (SSL) technology to ensure your credit card information stays safe.  Using SSL technology, Paypal encrypts all of your personal information, including your credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet.

 

We promise that your Credit Card information will never be sent in an e-mail or in any other unencrypted transmission.

 

Shipping

For products carried on our website, we ship anywhere within the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, France, Australia, China, Germany plus many, many other countries. The shopping cart will have a drop down menu for all countries allowed.

 

Most orders ship within 2-3 business days (unless otherwise noted).

 

Shipping costs and times are determined based on the items you order, the shipping address and the type of shipping you choose.

 

All USPS packages will have Signature Confirmation added to ensure you receive your package.

 

 

U.S. Shipping:

 

Shipping in the U.S. is done via UPS or USPS and shipping costs are based on UPS or USPS rates. There are four shipping options:

  1. UPS Ground - Delivery time is 2-5 business days from time of shipment depending on destination.
  2. UPS 2nd Day Air - Delivery time is 2 business days from time of shipment.  Extra shipping charges will be applied.
  3. UPS Next Day Air - Delivery time is next business day from time of shipment.  Extra shipping charges will be applied.
  4. USPS Priority Mail - Delivery time is 2-3 business days from time of shipment depending on destination.

 

International Shipping:

 

Shipping outside the U.S. is done via USPS and shipping costs are based on USPS International rates. There are two international shipping options:

  1. USPS International Priority Mail - Delivery time is approx 10-30 business days from time of shipment depending on destination and how long your customs office holds the package.
  2. USPS International Express Mail - Delivery time is approx 6-17 business days from time of shipment depending on destination and how long your customs office holds the package.

International orders will only be shipped to the verified Billing address.

 

We are not responsible for International orders once they leave our facility as it is out of control in another country.

 

International customers may be responsible for additional customs duties, taxes and custom brokerage fees. Payment of these fees is the customer's responsibility upon receipt of the package.

 

Order Cancellation

We're sorry but at this time orders cannot be cancelled once you have checked out and confirmed your order.

 

Returns

We know that sometimes mistakes happen so we offer satisfaction guaranteed for 30 days from delivery date. 

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your order just e-mail us within 30 days of your delivery date with the details.  If the following conditions are met, we will arrange for your order to be returned and your money refunded (less shipping costs):

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery date.
  • The items are returned unopened and unused. 
  • The return package has been been postmarked within 7 days of the return "approval".

Initial shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

 

When returning an item, please include the packing slip and ensure the item is packaged and wrapped securely.

 

We're sorry, but we cannot accept returns for personalized items unless we have made an error and for International orders.
